Plan B during speech

 My Tuesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by drinking a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. At 6:15 I then had an onion, green pepper, and cheese omelet with a slice of toast. Once I had finished eating, at 6:30 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before taking a shower. Once I was dressed and ready, I then made my bed. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 7:10 I then did my back stretches. At 7:30 I then did my constant therapy. After doing so, I then left for Neuro Restorative. I soon arrived at 9:40. At 9:45 I then went into the sewing room for reading group with Angela. Today we had read a story and discussed it along the way. This really challenges my memory. At 10:30 I then went to the gym for my P.T. Session with Dan. After walking four laps around the gym, we then went back into the gym so that I could ride the nu step for fifteen minutes. After going .64 miles I then went into the parallel bars to do some step ups onto the mat. I then stood on the mat with both of my legs with my arms crossed and shifted my weight from one leg to the other. At 11:15 I then went into the conference room for Brain injury education group with Abby, Laurie, and Faith. Today we discussed the spinal cord injuries, During O.T. With Laurie, we spoke about our meeting with Sam from the devision of the blind. We will go over medications with her. We then pinch to zoom to make e-mail larger. Then in next session we will make hot chocolate. At 12:30 During speech, Carina did not have wires to do e-stem, so we did some swallowing exercises. We then talked about speech education. I then went home. I arrived home arrived home at 2:20. After taking a shower and getting comfortable, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
