Using my hand grips. I can squeeze them them for 30 seconds three times without my hand shaking

My Sunday morning began at 11:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 11:25 I then had three crepes, some banana, and a slice of toast. Once I had eating breakfast, at 11:50 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler  I that noon made my bed. At 12:05 I had shaved. At 12:15 I then began to do my constant therapy. At 12:30 I then began to do my back stretches continuing with my stretches that I been doing since my stroke. At 12:48 I then began to do my thera band exercises. At 1:57 I then used my hand grips. At 1:00 I had used my five pound dumbbells to do my upper body exercises. I then strapped on my ankle weights to do my leg exercises. At 1:20 I then ended my workout with another round of my back exercises. At 1:30 I then began to do my typing exercises. At 1:35 I had filled my empty pill container. At 1:40 My mother arrived home from church and gave me communion. At 2:00 I then read my prayer book. After doing so, I had watched television. At 3:25 I then ate dinner. At 3:50 I had taken a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 4:05 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
