My Monday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 6:37 I then had an egg with a half slice of toast, along with some home-fries and slices of ham. At 5:55 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 7:20 I then went back to bed and slept until 11:00. Come to find out transportation was canceled due to the snow storm down in the southern part of the state. We only received flurry activity. At 11:00 I began to do my constant therapy. At 11:28 I then made my bed. At 11:30 I then had a glass of lemon aid. At 11:32 I then practiced my typing speed. At 11:40 I began to do my back stretches. At 12:00 I began to the stretches that I have doing since having my stroke. At 12:00 I watched and hour storm center. At 12:25 while doing so, I then did my thera band exercises, working my arms and legs. At 12:35 I had used my hand grips, doing three sets of squeezing them for thirty seconds. I then used my five found weights to work my upper body. At 12:55 I ended my workout by doing another set of back stretches. At 1:05 I then filled my empty pill container. At 2:20 I then took a shower after speaking to a friend for a while. Once I was comfortable for the rest of the day, I then at 2:50 had a bowl of corn chowder with melted cheese on some triscuit's. Once I had finished eating, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
