My Monday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by drinking a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. I then had a bowl of oatmeal with banana along with an English muffin. Once I had finished eating, at 6:50 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before taking a shower. Once I was dressed and ready for the day I had put in my eye and nose drops. After doing my back stretches, I then took in a two puffs of air with my inhaler. At. At 8:00 I called Neuro Restorative to let them know that I would be in today for speech and Occupational Therapy. Transportation was not operating today to do the holiday. At 8:50 my father and I left for Lewiston. I arrived at Neuro Restorative at 110:00. My first therapy was speech with Carina. Once she had me connected to the machine, I began to eat and swallow. Continuing to choke as usual she raised the level stimulation. After speech, I then had O.T. Angela. Today. We first looked at the pictures my sister took of me exercising then spoke about taking them all the long way and not side by side. We then talked about taking more this weekend and making a video out them to music that I like. My father then picked me up and we went home. We arrive home at 1:30. I then lied down to rest and slept until for an hour. Once I woke, I had taken a shower to get comfortable. I then blogged of my day before eating dinner.
