Today was an eventful day which began at 3:30 a.m. I couldn't sleep so what did I do, I began to stretch. After spending an hour stretching I had to go back to bed, now I was tired. At 7:15 I began to get ready for my day ahead. At 8:15 I had P.T. with Jerad and Audry. Today they had me working on allot of balance exercizes. Audry then had me in the paralelle bars standing on one leg timing me . At 9:30 the Chaplan Dan meet me in my room to take me out to the patio to play cribbage. At 10:30 my sister arrived. Once she was in my room she and I first played cribbage. At 12:oo my lunch had arrived. While I was eating my lunch the discharge nurse came into the room to talk briefly to my sister and I. At 1:00 My sister had left for home. I then rested briefly before meeting with Lyn for speech. Together we downloaded songs onto my Iphone and computer. I had been having headaches lately so the doctor at d'youville had scheduled me to have a CAT SCAN. At 2:30 United Wheelchair picked me up to bring me to St. Mary's Hospital. At 4:00 I had returned back to d'youville thus eating my dinner. At 5:00 I played cribbage with the Nurse on duty Gillesa. At 6:00 my parents called, we talked for a half an hour. I then got ready for bed, thus calling it a day.
