During my P.T. session this morning with Jerad and his P.T. student Audrey they first had me holding a theropy ball in a standing position with a gate belt on. The task was to shift my weight from side to side reaching down to touch the cone then reaching up to the opposite side trying not to lose my balance. I then went into the paralelle bars to do lunges, baring weight down onto my legs. Then to end the session I spent 15 minutes on the leg bike. At 10:00 I went to play bingo during my break. It is now 11:30 and I Back to the gym for an O.T. session with Erica.
