This morning during my P.T. session with Jerad and his P.T. student Audrey we started our session off by walking outside on the grass. Practicing walking on uneven surfaces. This one time I am glad I had that gate belt strapped around my waist. We then went back into the gym to do some balance exercizes. While standing holding a therapy ball I had to raise it over my left shoulder then back down to my right side touching a cone at a lower level, shifting my weight back a fourth.
