belly breathing during speech

I began my Monday morning at 5;30 a.m. by getting up to do my weight exercises both leg and arm. At 6;00 I then began to do my stretching. After doing so I then went out into the kitchen to drink my cocoa and eat some fruit. After doing so, I then ate some scrambled eggs for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom to do my tension Identification and control exercises. I then took my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. I then did my breathing exercises. I then grabbed my lunch and nap sack and left for Westside on United. Upon my arrival to Westside I had brought my lunch to the kitchen then made my way into the gym. During P.T. Sally the nurse had filled in for Lidia the P.T. I had walked on the tread mill for 30 minutes. After doing so, I had gone 1.342 miles. At 2.7 miles per hour. After doing so I then went into the parallel bars to do my leg exercises. At 11:00 I then went into the conference room for laughter therapy. Today Paul, Michelle, Alisa, Matt and I had a Professional Laughter instructor come into the group to give us a professional laughter session with Deb and Flourina. At 12:00 I then went to lunch. At 12:30 I then went back upstairs for my speech session with Carina. Carina took me down to the gym to lay on one of the mats. While doing so she had me work on my breathing while using my stomach muscles. With my hand on my stomach and feeling the curve in my back flatten as my stomach goes up and down. At 1:00 United took me home. I had arrived home at 2:20 thus going straight to bed. I had slept until 4:30 before getting up. I then read my progress summery from Westside. After doing so I had taken a shower thus getting ready for the night. At 5:30 I then had some homemade pizza for dinner. At 6:30 I then went to my computer to blog.
