Using the Missing Link Apt during I Pad group
I began my Wednesday morning at 7;45 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then had two rhubarb muffins. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth. At 8;15 I then made my way downstairs to ride for thirty minutes. At 8;45 I then returned to my bedroom to make my bed before doing my weight exercises. At 9;00 U then stretched. After doing so, I then preceded to get ready for my day ahead. After clealning my bathroom, I then started a load of laundry at 10:00 a.m. I then did some laughter therapy. I then did my speech and breathing exercises. At 10:40 I then hung the load of laundry to dry. At 11:00 I then sat down to eat a slice of pork pie for lunch. I then gather my things. United had arrived shortly after. Upon my arrival to Westside for 1:00 a.m. I made my way to the conference room for support group. We started by saying stay positive. This specific support group was anything but that. Chris, Denise, Tina, Dee Dee, Camie, Linda, Pete and I shared with Jill and Dr. Fist our weekly happenings. Tina spent time with her son. Had a B B Q. Tina talks with friend who also had a stroke to help stay positive. Dee Dee feeling tired, not getting enough sleep. Dee Dee on her last day volunteering at the school received some flowers during as assembly. Linda injured her rib. Went to the beach with a friend, not sleeping well. Chris is moving to Augusta. Waiting for his girl friend to come visit from Texas. Pete things are going well. Says his dog is taking over his apartment. Busy making friends. Camie trying to stay positive. At 2:00 during Got Game Group Mat, Rem, Denise, and I played Uno and Skip-bo with Shawn. At 3:00 during I pad group Denise and I worked on our calendar section and schedules in I pad. We also looked at Missing link game with Michelle. At 4:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 5:00. Upon doing so I had taken my shower before dinner. I then returned to my room to blog.
