I began my Wednesday morning at 8:15 by going out into the kitchen to eat a toasted English muffin for breakfast along with my hot coca and a glass of orange juice. After doing I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before doing my arm and leg weight exercises. At 9;10 I then shaved before stretching. At 9;30 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. After doing so I had hung a load of laundry to dry. At 10;25 I then took my shower and get ready for the day ahead.
