Learning how to take pictures with my I pad
I began my Monday morning at 6:00 a.m. by getting up to do my weight exercises both leg and arm. It is weird how I am able to the exercises with my right arm but it is sometimes hard to hold up at an angle while I am laying down. The muscle seems to give, as though it gets dislocated. At 6:30 I then did my stretching while drinking my hot cocoa. At 6:45 I then returned to the kitchen to eat an egg ,with some home fries and a piece of toast for breakfast. After doing so I had returned to my bedroom to get ready for the day ahead. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I had grabbed my lunch and nap sack. I then waited for United to arrive. Upon my arrival to Westside for 10:00 a.m. I had first made my way downstairs to the kitchen to put my lunch in the refrigerator before making my way into the gym. I then began my P.T. session with Dan walking on the treadmill. I had walked one mile at 2.8 mph. My resting blood pressure was 120 over 80 and my working blood pressure was 122 over 80. I then went into the parallel bars to do some leg exercises. Dan then had me walking with the gate belt placing one foot directly in front of the other, working on my balance. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for laughter therapy group with Deb. During laughter group Deb first had Mat, Paul, and I share an event of ours that happened over the weekend before letting out a ha ha ha ha. We then did some more laughing before filling out a form on how to measure laughter. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. After doing so I went back upstairs for speech. Nancy was filling in today for Carina. So we took the time to learn more about the I pad. We had gone outside to take pictures with my I pad. At 1:00 United took me home. I had arrived home at 2:15 thus going straight to bed. I had slept until 4:30 before going out into the kitchen to eat my salad. I then entered my blog before dinner.
