Outing in Portland with WestSides sister Facility Bay Side.

I began my Thursday morning at 5:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to have a banana sandwich for breakfast. Along with my hot cocoa and a glass of orange juice. Once I had finished eating I then returned to my bathroom to shave and brush my teeth. After doing so, I then preceded to begin to do my morning work out. First my upper and lower weights exercises. I then stretched. At 6:20 I then preceded to do my tension I.D. and control exercises with is helping me with my breathing and speech. At 6:30 I then took my shower thus getting ready for the rest of my day. Once I was ready I had waited for United Wheelchair to arrive. Once I had been picked up we then went to get Donald the other client who lives in the Farmington area. Once we had arrived to Westside we gathered in the lobby with all of the other clients who would be attending today's special event. Once we were all present we then dispersed into the cars and staff that we would be traveling to and from Bay Side with. Donald, Mike, and I traveled with Carol. Upon our arrival to Bay Side at 11:00 we were given the choice of doing arts and crafts, watching a movie, cooking, or volley ball. I chose arts and crafts. In doing so I had painted a box. Then made a crafted head band with other clients circled materiel working on fine motor skills. At 12:00 we then had lunch. Sandwich's were made with bags of chips with water melon and pasta salad. For dessert we had peanut butter, snicker doodles, chocolate chip cookies. Once we had finished eating We then took a walk to the park from Bay Side. After spending a brief time in the park, we had to get back to Bay Side so as to travel back to West Side so that we could catch our rides home. Upon my arrival home for 6:30 P.M. I went inside to take my shower before eating dinner with my parents. Once I had finished eating, I then went to my lap top to blog.
