Sharing a quote about laughter

I began my Monday morning at 6:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. I first drank my hot cocoa and at some fruit strawberries, pineapple, and a pear cut up in a plate with some grapes on the side. While doing so my mother had med me some French toast for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth before going to ride for thirty minutes. At 7;45 I had then returned to my bedroom to do my weight exercises both leg and arm. At 8:00 I then preceded with my workout by doing my stretching. Before taking my shower I had done my tension and control exercises. Relaxing all the muscles in my body and becoming aware of this. After I had taken my shower, Carina my speech therapist from Westside had called to let me know that she had spoke to the scheduler and put me on the schedule for 12:30. I have not had speech in a couple of weeks do to an error in the schedule, so she made sure I had it today. At 8;45 I then did some laughter therapy. United soon arrived at 9;30 to bring me to Westside. Upon my arrival to Westside for 11;00 I had brought my lunch to the kitchen to put in the refrigerator. I then went to the conference room for laughter therapy group. We first all shared our quotes on laughter we were to come in with today. Mine was taken from Charles Dickens, "A Christmas Carol" "There is nothing in this world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humor." Silver, Mat, Michelle, Alisa, Paul, and I first told Carol about the group, who was filling in for Deb. We then sang the laughter song. Once we had done so we then preceded to name the benefits of laughter. We then watched Glozell and Robert Rivest on you tube. Doing meditation laughter, breathing awareness, solo laughter, We then watched cats versus treadmill. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with other clients. At 12:30 I then speech with Carina. We first met briefly in her office. We then went to the gym to walk on the treadmill on level two for fourteen minutes. While doing so I practice stomach breathing in through the nose out through the mouth. I only skipped a beat twice. and by that I mean not being able to breath correctly. At 1:00 United took me home. I had arrived home at 2:20, thus going straight to bed. I had slept for two hours before my mother had opened my door. After taking a shower, I then went into the kitchen to eat my dinner. After doing so, I had returned to my bedroom to blog.
