Another Sunday afternoon
I began my Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m. by getting and putting on my workout clothing and began to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded to do my weight exercises, both upper and lower. After an hours workout, at 8:00 I then preceded to to take my shower and get ready to go to church. After I was ready, I had gone out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. After doing so I had brushed my teeth before leaving for church with my parents. After Mass my father had brought my mother and I to the Pierce House so as to visit with grandma. Once my mother had given my grandmother communion, and we had visited briefly, We had left. We had arrived back home at 12:00. I then had a little lunch before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:40-3:30. These headaches I get sure do wear me down. I can not help think, ever since my stroke, all of the changes that have gone in my life. Even though I continue to fight to correct them, it seems to be a losing battle. I then got up and spoke to a friend on the phone before going into the kitchen at 5:00 for a spaghetti dinner.
