Doing leg exercises during P.T.
I began my Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed to stretch. After doing so I then did my weight exercises, both leg and arm. Once I had finished with my exercises, I then preceded to get ready for the rest of y day. After taking my shower, I then pack my knapsack. After doing so, I then went out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit. After doing I had a banana sandwich. Once I had finished eating I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before ordering my medication. I then filled my pill containers. I then left for WestSide. Upon my arrival for 9:30 I had gone to the conference room for Yoga group. Today Michelle and Carol had us work on the worrier pose and other stretches. We then did a meditation. At 10:00 I then made my way to the gym for my P.T. session with Amanda. Amanda first had me riding the Nu Step for ten minutes on level five. Then ten minutes on level four. I then did five minutes on level five, before doing a five minute cool down on level three. Amanda then had me go into the parallel bars. Together we did some leg exercises. At 11:00 I then took my shower before meeting with Sally the nurse at 11:30. We continued filling out the medical part of my camp application. She then took my blood pressure. 128 over 68. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with other clients. At 12:30 I then met with Deb for my support session. I spoke to Deb today about my camp application. At 1:00 I then met with Piper my case manager for fifteen minutes. I then left for home at 1:15. Upon my arrival home at 3:15 I had gone straight to bed. I had slept for two hours before getting up to eat dinner. I then went into the kitchen to eat dinner. After doing so I sat down at my lap top to blog.
