focussing on MOVEMENT during Tai Chi
My Monday morning began on this 28th day of April at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed ro stretch. for thirty minutes, I then preceded to do my upper and lower weight exercises. After doing, I then took my shower thus getting ready for the rest of my day. At 6:00 I then went out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit with fruit dip. After doing so I then had some strawberry cobbler. Once I had finished eating my breakfast, I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my lunch and duffle back and off the therapy I went. Upon my arrival for 8:45 a.m. I had brought my lunch to my to the kitchen and put my knapsack in my locker. I then made my way to the to sit and wait for my P.T. session with lydia at 9:00. Lydia first had me on the Nu Step. I had gone 20:15 and 1.16 miles before before going for a walk outside with Lydia on the side walk. We then did some balance exercises before ending the session. At 10:00 I then preceded to go to the conference room for Tai Chi group. Today Joe had the group working on "MOVEMENT" during todays group as we exercised. At 11:00 I stayed in the conference room for laughter therapy. Today Deb and Florina had us look over a work sheet on six ways to improve your laughter. We then went around the room each taking a turn naming a type of laughter. The group then did the laugh. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch other clients before going home at 1:00. I had arrived home at 2:00. Upon doing so I had gone straight to bed. I had slept until 4:30 before getting up. I then took my shower before going out into the kitchen to eat dinner. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth, then sat down to blog. I was then in bed by 6:30.
