Everyone is intellegent

I began my Wednesday at 5:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch my muscles. After a thirty minute stretching session, I then began to do my upper weight exercises. I then strapped on my ankle weights. After taking my shower, I then went out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. After doing so, I had gone back to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my knapsack and lunch and out the door I went. Upon my arrival for 9:30 a.m. I had met with Maria for a counseling session. This weeks assignment was to write a poem using information Maria had ben having me come up. After sharing my poem, we then spoke briefly. At 10:00 I then met Matt in the gym for my P.T. session. Matt first had me on the treadmill for twenty minutes to work on my balance as I walked. Once he had the gate belt strapped on, he then started the treadmill. As I was walking, matt would put the incline up and down and the speed faster and slower. Once I had finished my walk, matt then had me standing on the erix pad in the parallel bars. As I was doing so, he held on to my gate belt as he had me look up, down and side to side. He then had me catching a ball throwing tit back and fourth. He had tossed it to the right and to the left to make it a little more difficult. We then went out into the hallway to do some tandum stepping. At 11:00 I then made my way to the conference room for Brain Injury Education group. Today we started to revamp the hands on activities we use during our presentations. Today we focussed on the visual activity. This activity we have several pairs of glasses which simulate different types of visual loss someone might acquire after a brain injury. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. After doing so, I had taken a shower before going back to the conference room for support group. Todays quote that was the focus of our conversation, "Everybody is intelligent, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." After support group, I had sat in the lobby to wait for my ride. I had arrived home 4:15, thus going strait to my bedroom to blog.
