Tapping cones during P.T.

I began my Wednesday morning bright and early at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. after doing so, I then preceded to do my weight exercises. At 5:45 I then went out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. Once I had returned to my bedroom I had taken my shower thus getting ready for the rest of my day. At 7:30 I then called United Wheelchair to see what time they would be picking me up this morning, I then called my grandmother. At 7:50 as my mother was on her way to work she had called to let me know United was on there way. I then grabbed my lunch and knapsack and went to the door to wait. I had arrived to WestSide for a 9:30 a.m. counseling appointment with Maria. My assignment this week was to make a list of my abilities. Friendly, hard working, dedicated, and motivated. Once I had shared these with here, I then spoke about how I write poetry. My assignment for next week is to write a poem using my strengths in the poem. At 10:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Matt. Matt first had me walking twenty minutes on the treadmill, as he raised and lowered the incline and increased and decreased the speed. Once I had finished my walk we then worked on balance in the hallway. Matt had set up some cups and a cone on each end. He then had me stepping sideways over the cups and taping each cone with my foot as I was at the end before going back. Matt the placed the erix pad in the parallel bars. I then stood on the erix pad. I started with both hands on the bars. I then let go, crossed my arms. Matt then had me look up, down, and side to side. First had place my right foot in front of left then left in front of right. Matt then tossed a ball to me as I stood on the erix pad, I then tossed it back. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. I first reported that I had checked on doing a presentation at the Pierce House. We then spoke about possible placed to do presentations at health fairs or schools With Deb and Michelle. We also spoke about March being Brain Injury Awareness Month. We then spoke about looking on line for middle schools to present at. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with others. At 1:00 I was back in the conference room for support group. Once we had finished sharing, I then taken a shower before going to the lobby to wait for another client to go home. We finally left for home at 3:00. After sleeping all the way home, I had gone straight to bed at 4:15 once I had arrived home. I had slept until 5:20. I then called grandma to chat before siting down to a plait of spaghetti. I then went to my bedroom to do my blog entree at 6:00 before calling it a day.
