memorizing my medication

I began my Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so, I then began to do my upper weight exercises, taking intermissions to drink my hot cocoa. I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 8:15 I then made my way to the kitchen to eat breakfast with my sister. I did so until 8:45. I then returned to my bedroom To brush my teeth and shower, thus getting ready to go to church. Once I was completely ready, I then sat down to fill my pill cases for the week. It is amazing, that I still do not have my medication memorized when filling each container. Since my stroke I have to refer to one that has already filled to fill another makes it much easier. After doing so I then left for church at 10:00 with my mother. Afte mass my mother and I went to visit my grandmother at the Pierce House, so that my mother could give my grandmother communion. At 11:45 my took me to the shop so that my father could give me a hair cut. At 12:30 my mother and left for home. Upon our arrival home at 12:50, I had a quick lunch before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:15-4:10. I then went out into the kitchen to have some sauteed mushrooms as an appetizer, before sitting down to blog.
