Resting up for the week ahead
My Sunday morning began on this day at 7:30 a.m. by getting up to do my upper weight weight routine. Once I had completed phase one of my morning workout, I then began to stretch. Which usually takes twenty to thirty minutes, I then strapped on my ankle weights. Once I had finished phase three of my morning routine, I then took my shower thus getting ready to go to church. Once I was ready, I then went into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. Once I had done so I had packed my knapsack so as to be able to go for a walk after church in some loose clothing. At 10:00 I then for church with my mother. After mass I finally found myself out walking. I did so for an hour taking five to ten minute breaks here and there. Once I had finished walking, I then called my mother to come pick me up. I had arrived home at 1:00. I had lunch before laying down to rest at 1:30. I had slept until 4:15. I then packed my knapsack for tomorrow. After doing so, I had taken a shower before pulling up my blog.
