letting Sally know of another allergic reaction to yet another medication

I began my Tuesday morning at 5:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. I first drank my hot cocoa and ate some fruit. I then had a toasted english muffin with peanut butter and honey on it. I had finished eating at 6:00 and had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. After doing so I began to stretch. Once I was all loosened up, I then began my weight workout. At 6:45 I then took my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I was ready, I had soon left for my day of therapy. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had put my lunch into my locker before going to the conference room. There Michelle and Mat had us doing Yoga poses standing and seated. Before leaving the group we then did our relaxation called shavasana. At 10:00 I then made my way to the gym for my p.t. session with Alex. Alex first had me walking on the treadmill. As I was doing so he would increase and decrease the incline accordingly. I did so for thirty minutes. After doing so, I then went into the parallel bars to work on my balance. As I was standing in the parallel bars with my feet in a tandum position, we played checkers. This was proved to quite difficult as I tried to concentrate on the game and my balance at the same time. At 11:00 I then had my case management session with Piper. Today we spoke about special event participation and getting into a group therapy that prepares you for college. I said I would give it a try. Not knowing what it is I want to be doing right now other then exercise and continue to get stronger, what do I have to lose. At 11:15 I then had a fifteen minute brake, so I had taken a shower before finishing out my day. At 11:30 I then had my nursing session with Sally. Today we disposed of some medication Dr. Emery had put me on last week. I had esplained to Sally the allergic reaction I had, She replied, "That does not surprise me Troy." I am allergic to just about every prescribed medication there is. My body just seems to reject it all. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with others. At 12:30 I had grabbed my things from my locker and went upstairs to meet with Deb for a support session. Today we worked on deleting unwanted email. At 1:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 2:30. Thus going strait to my bedroom to put on something comfortable before laying down to rest. I had slept for two hours before getting up at 4:30. I then went out into the kitchen to eat my dinner, before returning to my laptop to blog.
