Coming up with ideas of things to do with Tobie during Rec Therapy

My Friday morning began this day at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so, I then grabbed my dumb bells and began to workout. I then strapped my ankle weights around my legs and began to move my legs in every direction possible. Once I had finished my morning workout, I then shaved and took my shower before going out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. Once I had brushed my teeth at 7:00, a United Van arrived at my house fifteen minutes later. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had put my things into my locker. I then went to the lobby to wait to go to the Auburn Mall to walk with walking group. It was a small group today, just two clients with Matt and Casey. We had returned to WestSide for 11:00. I then went strait to the conference room for stretching group. Once we got started we each took turns naming stretch's for the group to do. While at the mall I saw my cousin Debbie. Matt and Casey had us back at WestSide by 12:00 noon for lunch. Today WestSide Cafe was serving either a meatball sub or a tuna sub with french fries and a rice krispy treat. Once we had finished eating they drew a winner for a free meal for next week. I WON!!! At 1:00 Tobie and I during my rec therapy time sat down and discussed things. Tobie had mentioned adding a new group to my schedule. We had looked them over. My assignment is to chose for next week to add to my schedule. We then went over the CMAS application I need to fill out in order to go skiing this winter at Lost Valley with Matt. We then looked over my fit bit getting it to work for me the best way possible. After doing so we spoke about attending the social after church at least twice a month to get involved and meet people. At 2:00 Don from United then took me home. I had arrived home at 3:15. Once inside I had taken a shower, thus getting comfortable. I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner at 4:15. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom to blog.
