Filling out a leisure survey with Tobie during Recreational Therapy
I began my Friday morning at 7:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to have a bowl of hot cereal and half of a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. Once I had made my bed, I had called United Wheelchair to see what time they would be picking me up this morning. 9:45 pick up. I then went to the laudry room to start a load of laundry. After doing so, I had returned to my bedroom to stretch. Once I had completed the routine, I then began to do my weight workout. I stuck to only the upper body this morning, thus giving myself a little extra time. At 8:11 I then had put some clean laundry away. At 8:30 I then took my shower, thus getting ready for the day. After doing so, I had emptied the dish washer thus putting the dish's away. I then hung the load of laundry to dry. United had arrived shortly after doing so. I had arrived at WestSide at 11:00 with no time to spare. I had gone straight to the conference room with my knapsack and coat to partisipate in stretching group. We each took turns naming a stretch with Matt and Michelle while listening to I tunes radio. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area for lunch. Today cafe was serving two hot dogs, macaroni salad and a pretzel covered with chocolate. Once I had finished eating, I had taken a shower. At 1:00 I had met with Tobie for recreational therapy. We continued the liezure survey, then discussed community activities in my area. At 2:00 United Wheelchair then took me home. I had slept all the way home, thus arriving at 3:45. I then got myself comfortable before sitting down to blog before dinner.
