Making contact with Cascade Brook Middle School to set up some presentations
My Thursday moring began at 8:00 a.m. out in the kitchen eating my breakfast. After a bowl of cereal and a toasted muffin, I had returned to my bedroom to shave and make my bed. At 8:55 I had then hung a load of laundry to dry which my mother had started before leaving to go to work. I had then returned to my bedroom to begin my weight workout. Once I had completed my upper, I then began to stretch. At 9:42 I then strapped on the ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 10:00 I then received a telephone call from the Cascade Brooks school here in Farmington. The councelor there was returning my telephone interested in having the Brain Injury Education group do a presentation. She also wanted to know if we would bed interested in sitting in on a cival rights act disibility meeting. I then let her know I would have to talk it over with WestSide to get things organized. I had let her know it should not be a problem and that someone wolld be contacting her soon. At 10:10 I then called my mother at work to see if she would bring me to the Cascade Brook School so as to drop off a brocure for the school coucelor to look over. At 10:20 I then called Deb and left a message on the good news. I then went to the laundry room to start a wash. At 10:35 I then started a load of laundry. I then sat down to call my grandmother. We spoke briefly. I then took out my pills and began to fill my pill containers for the week. At 10:48 my father had called to see if I was warm enough in the house. Given the coled weather be have been having, he was a little concerned. At 11:00 I then continued to rewrite the notes I had taken from the phone conversation with the councelor from the school. At 11:30 I then hung another load of laundry. At 12:00 I then sat down to eat my lunch. After doing so I had brushed my teeth I then took a shower. After doing so I had rested while waiting for my mother to arrive home from work. At 1:15 my mother had taken me to the Cascade Brook Middle School so that I could drop off a brocure. At 1:40 I then went to visit my grandmother. I did so unil 2:56 when my father had picked me up to bring me home. I then went to bed at 3:00 and slept until 5:00. Once I was up I had a bowl of soup before going back to my bedroom to blog.
