Doing away with the theraband and using the wall to stretch my calves during P.T.
My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, at 5:40 I had shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat a fruit cup while drinking my hot cocoa. At 6:05 I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast before returning to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers. I then sat down to wait for my ride. United Wheelchair had arrived at 845. Ihad arrived at WestSide Neuro rehabilitation at 9:30. I was fifteen minutes late, so I walked right into Clarks office on my own. Once we finished chatting about my week, I then met with tobie at 10:00 for Recreational Therapy. Today Tobie had me continue gluing the pieces to the wooden model craft wagon I was putting together during our time. At 11:00 I then made my way to the craft room for expressive arts. Today Michelle had us rolling paper from magazines so as to eventually make a wreath. At 12:00 I had met my driver in the lobby. I had arrived home at 1:20. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then lay down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-2:45 before waking. My father then took me to Franklin Memorial Hospital for physical therapy. I had arrived at 3:00. Once I had checked in, Jonathon had taking me in. Jonathon started me off by doing some stretchs that I had learned with him over the past weeks. After showing me some new ones, he then told me to stop using the thero band to stretch my calves. Jonathon then had me lay on my stomach so that he could rub a cream on my back to loosen the muscles in the area where I was experiencing pain. At 4:15 Jonathon then took me back into the lobby were I had met my father to take me home. Ihad arrived home at 4:30. After taking a shower, I had pulled up my blog and began to type in today’s entry.
