Stretching my back during P.T.

My Thursday morning began at 5:00 a.m. I had first began my day doing my back exercises. After doing so, I had shaved. At 5:30 I then did my normal stretching that have been doing since I had come home from the hospital after my stroke. At 5:47 I had taken my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. After I had put my eyes and nose drops in, I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit before peanut butter and honey on toast. At 6:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. After taking in some air with my inhaler, I grabbed my knapsack and met my ride outside at 7:15. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:30. Upon doing so, I had gone to the conference room for guitar group. Today we continued learning how to play the song “Horse With No Name.” At 10:00 During my rehab session with Kala, we first updated my software on my eye pad. I then made a friend request. I then found out that someone I new that use to work at WestSide past away on Sunday 1/14. After changing my face book profile picture, At 11:00 during my rehab session with Steven he first had my name the three roles to remember when setting up the chess board. Then we learned pawn promotion. This is when the pawn makes it all the way to the other end of the board and promoted to another piece in rank other then a pawn. We then spoke about the touch move rule and Perry. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet my United Driver who was to take me home. I had arrived home at 110. Once inside, I had eaten my lunch before brushing my teeth. I then changed into a sweat suit.. At 12:00 my mother then brought me to my physical therapy appointment over at Franklin Memorial Hospital. I had arrived at 2:20. Once the receptionist had told Jonathon that I had arrived, he then took me into the gym. Jonathon had me stretching the entire session. At 3:15 Jonathon the took me back into the waiting room. My mother then took me home. At 3:45 we arrived home. Once I had taken a shower, I then verified up date on I pad before pulling up my blog.
