Rolling sheets of paper taken from magazines
My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. Once I was all loosened up, I then went into my bathroom at 6:00 so as to shave and take my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I then ventured into the kitchen at 6:30 so as to eat some fruit before having an egg sandwich. Once I had finished eating at 7:00, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eyes and nose drops so as to help me see and hear. After doing so, I then used my inhaler, thus taking in some air so that Iwill be able to breath better throughtout my day. I then sat down to read while waiting for my ride. I had arrived to WestSide at 9:15 a.m. I then met with Clark for my counseling session. Once I had finished talking with Clark, I had gone to the front desk for some direction as to where I should go. Tobie was not heard today so Pat had directed me to the conference room Where a tai chi group was being held. Today the group was practicing the form. As I was doing so, I had worked on my balance shifting my weight from side to side. At 11:00 I then made my way to the craft room for expressive arts. Today Michelle had us rolling paper from magazines so as to make a wreath. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 1:15 p.m. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I then had slept until 4:00 before waking. I then took a shower, thus getting comfortable for the evening. At 5:00 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. I then back into my bedroom so as to type in today’s blog entry.
