Looking up on line wooden models to make during Recreational Therapy
My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by making my bed on my knees. At 5:40 I then began to stretch. First my back stretches then my other stretches that I have been doing since I have have my stroke. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking a shower, thus getting ready for the day ahea. At 6:15 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit. After doing so, I then a scrambled egg with a toasted English muffin. At 6:40 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then grabbed my knapsack and and met the United driver in our driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. my first session was counseling with Clark I first talked about a few things before playing a game of chess. At 10:00 I then met with tobie for Recreational therapy. Today I looked up on line wooden models to be put together on line. This will be my next project with Tobie during our time together. She then said that she would go to Low’s to pick one out to working on for next week during our session. At 1100 I then went to the Arts And Crafts room for expressive arts. Today Michelle had us finishing up our project. We then looked over new projects to do. At 11:50 I then left to go home. I had arrived home at 12:50. After a bite to eat, I then returned to my bedroom so as to rest. I had slept from 1:50-5:00 before waking. I then pulled up my blog and typed in today’s entry before eating dinner. I then called it a day.
