Having some soft tissue work done on my back during p.t.
My Thursday morning began at 5:00 am.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. I did so for fifty minutes. Once I had completed the routine, I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day, I then put in my eye and nose drops. At 6:20 I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 6:30 I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:46 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then took a puff of my inhaler. I then met my driver in driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 I had gone strait to the conference room for guitar group. Today Kassandra had us practicing the cords for the song “Horse With No Name.” At 10:00 during my rehab session with Kala, she and I looked up the song “Horse With No Name” on Utube. We then downloaded the song onto my desktop. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Steven we had played a game of chess. While we were doing so we talked about things. At 12:00 I had gone to the lobby so as to meet my United Wheelchair driver who was to take me home. I had arrived home at 1:30. Upon doing so, I had eaten my lunch. After doing so, I changed into my workout clothing before leaving for P.T. I then washed my face and brushed my teeth. My mother then drove me to Franklin Memorial Hospital. Upon my arrival, I had checked in. Jonathon then first did some soft tissue work on my back. He then stretched my quads, calves, and thy’s. At 3:21 I then left for home. I had arrived home at 3:50. After taking a shower, I then pulled up my blog and began to type.
