Getting a lift for my shoe
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 am.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then shaved before taking my shower. At 6:10 I then had some fruit while drinking my hot cocao. At 6:22 I had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eyes and nose drops before taking in some air. At 6:53 I had put some clean laundry away. After doing so, United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to therapy. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. I had gone to Nancy’s Office for visually impaired group. I was the only client who arrived for group today so Nancy and I worked on voice to text using my I pad. She first had me send out an e-mail talking into my I pad. We then talked about Serie and what things I could ask her. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle we had used the questions that Nancy gave me to ask serie. Michelle then helped me add new music by creating new stations. She and I then worked on alarms while listening to the music. We had set the alarm to go off in the 11:00 hour. At 11:00 during Brain Injury Education Group Michelle had us looking up places to precent. We then practiced our stories. We then talked about two new contacts we have for getting us into the hospitals to present. At 12:00 I then left for home. I had arrived home at 1:15. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then layed down to rest. I had slept from 1:35-2:45 before waking. My father then took me to the chiropractor. Upon my arrival for a 3:15 appointment, I signed in and then met with the doctor. Once I was on the table he said I was lined up. Then he had me standing. He then put a lift in the heel of my right shoe to help even me up. It actually feels a little better. Next week Dr. Roberts wants me to bring in my new pair of sneakers. My father then took me home. I arrived home at 3:45. Once inside I had taken a shower before pulling up my blog.
