Getting a boot during P.T.

My Wednesday Morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocao. I then had a bagel with peanut butter and honey. Once I had finished eating, aI then returned to my bedroom at 6:40 so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air with my inhaler. At 6:53 I then began to put some clean laundry away. At 7:00 I then picked up my book and began to read. I did so for an hour before my ride pulled into the driveway. We then picked up another client before arriving to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. Upon my arrival I had gone directly to Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. Today Nancy had us creating a bulenton board for the month of January wich is national visual awareness month. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle, I had first ordered the book on amazon, “Making Sence Out of Suffering.” We then updated my profile picture on face book. At 11:00 During Brain Injury Awareness we sent out some brochures  to possible presentations. At 12:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 1:00. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then lay down to rest until 2:20. I then left for P.T. Upon my arrival at 3:45 Jon had me first stretching. He then gave me some sort of boot to ware at night so as to help get my foot to stay up strait. To prevent it from dropping. Tonight I wore it for thirty minutes. I will eventually be waring it all night. At 5:45 I had eaten my dinner before taking a shower. I then pulled up my blog and began to type.
