P.T. Evaluation
My Monday morning began at 5:15 a.m. I had first got out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day, at 6:11 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. At 6:20 I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:40 I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I had then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then grabbed my knapsack and met my ride outside at 7:30. We then went to pick up another client along the way before making our way to WestSide. We had arrived at therapy at 9:00 a.m. Once inside, I had made my way to the conference room for news letter group. During the group I had written an article on the polar bear swim. I then typed it out on my iPad. Once it was typed, I then emailed it to Jessica so that she could put it in this months edition of the news letter. At 11:00 during bullet Journel group Jessica had me first coloring in the rest of my advent calendar. She then had me think of my rehab goals. Once was to strengthen my back. I then had to think of three quotes to put on the page. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet my driver who was to take me home on United Wheelchair. Annie had In my driveway at 1:00. Once inside, I quickly ate a sandwich before leaving for my P.T. Appointment near the hospital. My father then had me at my appointment at 3:30. Once I had filled out some forms, Jonathan then did a P.T. Evaluation. He had me walking, lifting my knees and legs up and down while sitting and so on. Once the evaluation was finished, my father had taken me home. I had arrived home at 3:50. I then had gone strait to my bedroom and pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
