Changing my profile picture on face book
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my stretches that have been helping in my stroke recovery. Once I was loosened up, I then worked my upper body by doing my first set of weight exercises. At 5:23 I then did my back stretches. At 5:37 I then did my second set of weight exercises, thus working my upper body. At 5:47 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:15 I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a bowl of cereal with a half a toasted english muffin. At 6:35 I then went back into my camp so as to brush my teeth. Once I had put my eye and nose drops in, I then took in some air. At 7:14 United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to WestSide. I had arrived at 8:45 at WestSide. At 9:00 I then made my way to Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. Today while in group, I had sent an email to Tim my case manager from the devision of the blind. I had asked him in the email, to send me a summary of each meeting we have. We then shared experiences ironing as someone with a visual impairment. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle we had gone outside of WestSide so that Michelle could take pictures of me, so that I could put a new profile picture on my facebook. I then received a message that Tim from the division of the blind had called so as to cancelle our appointment for today. At 12:00 I then had gone outside to eat lunch with a friend. Once we had finished eating we had gone back inside so as to finish up our therapy. At 1:00 Tobie had covered the time that I had available when I was suppose to meet with Tim. I first showed her the pictures of my garden. I then looked up information on gardening and planting squash. I then continued to work on my pillow that I am making with an old T-shirt. At 2:00 I then left WestSide for home. At 2:15 the dispatcher had called and sent my driver back to Central Main Medical Center so as to pick up a patient to bring to Sandy River Nursing Home. We had arrived at the nursing home at 4:00. I then finally arrived home at 4:43. One I had eaten my dinner I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
