Meeting with my Primary Care Doctor about my back
My Friday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by going into the main camp so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. At 8:15. Then Called my Primarey Care Doctor so as to see about setting up an appointment. They said they had an cancellation today at 3:45. I said that I would take the appointment. I then called my mother at work to let her know. At 8:40 I then toasted myslef a bagel to go along with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up the kitchen before returning to my camp at 8:55. Upon doing so my mother had called. I had let her know the time of my appointment. At 9:07 I then went back into the main camp so as to wash some more dish’s. And my water bottle before filling it with ice. At 9:15 I then returned to my camp so as to make my bed. I then began to stretch. I first did my stroke recover stretches before doing my back stretches. I then made my move in words with friends. At 10:20 I had put my nose drops in before taking in some air. I then went into the main camp so as to wash the mouth piece to my flow vent. I then went back into my camp as to listen to my awdio book. At 11:30 I then had taken a shower. Once I was ready, I had gone into the main camp so as to eat lunch. At 1:15 I then brushed my teeth before filling my empty pill container. I then rested while waiting to leave. At 3:00 My mother and I left for the doctors. We had arrived there at 3:45. The nurse had taken me and taken my pulse, oxogyn, weight and blood pressure before meeting with Doctor Seally. I then met with the doctor. I then had told her the pain that I still am having in my back. She then set up an apppointment for me to go see an orthopedic in two weeks. I then checked out and left for camp. After stopping at hanaford, I had arrived at camp with my mother at 5:00. I then took a shower before typing of my day in my blog.
