My three month doctor visit for my asthma checkup

My Friday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by going into the main camp so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocao. I then toasted myself half of a bagel to go along with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I had picked up the kitchen in the main camp. I then filled my water bottle with Ice before returning my camp. At 9:50 I then made my bed before brushing my teeth. At 10:00 I then shaved. Once I was ready for the day, I then before to stretch. Once I had finished the stretches that have been helping in my stroke recovery, I then worked my upper body, by doing my first set of weigh exercises. At 10:25 I then did my backed exercises before doing my second set of weight exercises. I had finished my workout at 10:42. Ithen made my move in words with friends. At 10:50 I then shaved before taking my shower. At 11:15 I then put in my eye and nose drops befor etaking in some air. At 11:30 I then back into the main camp so as to wash the mouth piece to my air flow vent and my inhaler tube the medication goes into when I use it. At 12:00 I then had eaten my lunch quickly before leaving camp with my mother who just arrived home from work. She had brought me to a doctors appointment that I had scheduled with my Primary Care Doctor. Upon my arrival for 1:00 p.m. for my three month check up of my asthma, nurse terry took me in and took my weight, blood pressure and temperature. She then asked me questions about my health and well being. Once the routine check was finished, I then met with Dr. Seally. Once I had finished talking to her in reguards to my asthma, she then gave different instruction on how to use my inhaler. My Flovent inhaler I have to take two puffs a.m. and p.m. My pro air albuterol sulfate in haler use just as needed during the day. When short of breath or catch myslf weazing. After my doctors appointment, I then We were back on the road back to camp at 1:45. Upon our arrival to camp at 2:15 I had settled in and soon found myslf laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:20-4:30. I then went into the main camp to eat dinner. After doing so, I had gone back into my camp so as to take a shower before pulling up my blog. Ithen soon called it a day.
