Using a cricket
My Thursday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I had first focused on my stroke recovery stretching before doing my back stretches. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. Once I had eaten my bowl of cereal with a toasted bagel, I then retunred to my camp. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. After doing so, I had put some clean laundry away quickly before United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to WestSide Neurorehabilitation at 8:15. I had arrived there after a few more pick ups along the way at 10:00. During my first hour with Jamie, I had painted the three boards that I had been sanding. At 11:00 Jamie and I began our second hour of rehab playing mancola, while waiting for the paint to dry. Once it was dry, Jes came in to showed us how to stick the designs on that were made from a machine called a cricket. At 12:00 I then met my United Wheelchair driver in. The lobby. I had arrived at camp at 1:25. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then went into my camp so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:50-5:20 befor getting up to take a shower. I then went into the main camp so as to to eat dinner. I then retunred to my camp at 6:15 so as to type in todays blog entry.
