Letting Pat know of an upcoming medical appointment.
My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by taking two tylonol for the ongoing pain that I am now experiencing in my back. I am right back to where I was before I was going to physical therapy a year ago. I even had to make my bed on my knees today the pain was so severe. At 5:05 The tylonol kicked in so I was able to do my stroke stretches. At 5:15 I then preceded to do my back stretches. At 5:45 then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted bagel. At 6:25 I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took in some air. At 7:15 United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to WestSide Neurorehab. The driver April was letting me know that today would be her last day transporting me. She had taken another job. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:55. I had told Pat at the front desk about a medical appointment that I had coming up. At 9:00 I then went into the conference room for news letter group. Today Ashly had asked me to research and write an article. Then the group created a word search with words from events going on in the month of September. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Ashly I continued to work on the newsletter by writing article on the first NFL game ever played. At 11:00 during Bullet Journel Group, Jessica had me posting holidays and events that go on in the October calendar I had made last week. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet my United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me to camp. I had arrived at camp at 1:20. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then brushed my teeth and washed my face before filling my empty pill containers. At 2:38 my mother had brought me to the chiropractors so as to have my back adjusted. We had arrived at the doctors at 3:15. Once the adjustments were made, I was on my way. We arrived at camp at 4:07. Once I had taken a shower I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
