Writing up an article on the balloon festival.

My Saturday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by going into the main camp so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa while watching the Beach to Beacon on line. I had run in the 10k event the prior to having my stroke. I glad I was able to at least once. I have set goals for myself, but I am not there yet. Once I had finished eating breakfast I then went back into my camp so as to brush my teeth and shave. At 10:48. I then changed the sheets on my bed thus making it. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth. I then took in some air before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then filled my pill containers for the week. At 11:15 i hadbegan to do my stretching that has helped in my stroke recovery. At 10:30 I then did my first set of weight exercises working my upper body. At 11:35 I then did my back stretes. At 11:45 I had done another set of my weight exercises. AT 11:53 I then went into the main camp so as to wash the mouth piece to my flow vent and my inhaler. At 12:00 I then went back into my camp so as pack some things to take home. At 12:45 I had listened to my audio book for twenty-five minutes before putting some clean laundry away. At 1:20 I then put my things in the car. At 1:30 I then left for home with my mother. We had arrived home at 2:05. Once Iwas unpacked I had eaten lunch. At 2:35 Then brushed my teeth before sitting down to write an article on the annual balloon festival for the news letter that goes out each month at WestSide Neuro rehab. Once I had emailed to Jessica the therapist that heads up the newsletter, I then Watched Sunday Mass. At 5:00 I then took a shower before going with my father to the shop so that he could give me a haircut. We had arrived back home at 6:30. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
