Getting down to business with Tim

My Wednesday morning began at at 4:50 a.m. by getting up so as to make my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stretches that have been helping me in my stroke recovery. At 5:10 I then preceded with my workout with my upper body weight exercises. At 5:17 I then did my back exercises before  doing another set of my weight exercises. At 5:40 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit. After doing so, I had eaten  a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Once I had finished eating I then picked up and washed the dishes. At 7:30 I then went into the my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:30 United Wheelchair had shown up to bring me to WestSide Neuro Rehab. Upon my arrival for 9:00 I made my way to Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. Today I spoke about my upcoming meeting this afternoon and what I want to address with Tim. We then spoke about the progress the other client was making getting around in her new community. We then spoke about the adaptive outdoor education center at Sugar Loaf. Google Adaptive Outdoor Educatation.  At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle I had put the introduction to my book in the book. I then looked on facebook.  At 11:00 during mindfulness and meditation group w had first talked then got right into our meditation. At 12:00 I then had gone outside to eat my lunch with another client from the visually impaired group. I then went inside to brush my teeth before meeting Tim in the lobby. He had brought me over to the career center down the street. During our meeting today Tim had me first finish my paper work so as to get things started. We then talked about the medical information she had to get ahold off from my eye doctor, pcp, and WestSide. He then told me the options I had. 1. To work with a vision rehab specialist one day per week or 2. With a mor intense option going to the Iris Network in the emergence center for a twelve week program. I said I’d let him know next week. At 2:00 I had left WestSide. Ihad arrived at camp at 3:30. I had gone into my camp so as to take a shower before pulling up my blog.
