Talking to Dan about my plans for working with the devision of the blind

My Thursday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by doing my back stretches. After doing so, I then preceded with my stretches that have been helping in my stroke recovery. I had skipped my upper body workout do to some pain that I have been having in my back. It is discouraging when things like this happen. Makes me wondering, the progress I have made plus the set backs that I have, will things ever be the same? We all know the answer, but seriously, I have been working my tail off since the day I had my stroke. Sometime it makes you wonder. Once I had shaved and had taken my shower, I then went into the main camp at 6:50 so as to eat some fruit and fruit dip. After my bowl of cereal and toasted bagel, I then retunred to my camp so as to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. I then took in some air before grabbing my knapsack. I then met my ride in my driveway at 8:15. Ihad arrived at 9:45. During my rehab session with Emma we had played a game of chess, cribbage, and skip-bo. At 11:00 during my rehab session with with Dan, I had told him what I was up to with the devision of the blind. We then played a game of cribbage. Dan was on of the P.T.’S that I had worked with when I first arrived to WestSide after being discharged from d’youville rehab. At 12:00 I then met the United Wheelchair driver in the lobby who would be taking me home. I had arrived at camp at 1:30. Once. Had taken a shower, I then went into the main camp so as to eat my lunch. AT 2:22 I was then back in my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then laid down to rest. I had slept from 2:27-4:50 before waking. I then went into the main camp so as to eat dinner. I then retunred to my camp at 5:30 so as to call my grandmother to see how her day went. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
