A FIRE DRILL UPON ARRIVAL

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do the stretches that have helped during my stroke recovery. At 5:30 I then grabbed my weights and began to do my weight exercises, thus working my upper body. At 5:35 I began to do my back stretches before strapping on my ankle weights so as to exercise my legs. At 5:47 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:10 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating my fruit and fruit dip. At 6:17 I then had an egg sandwich before retunring my bedroom at 6:30 so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 6:45 I then filled my empty pill containers before putting some clean laundry away. United Wheelchair arrived shortly after doing so. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 8:45 a.m. Dan had Ashly take me outside so that he could do a fire drill. That it what is done to all the clients at WestSide whom have a seizure disorder. The noise and lights flashing can bring on a seizure from the fire alarm. At 9:00 I then went inside to the conference room so as to work on the news letter. Today I had researched and wrote an article on the history of the winter solstice. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Ashly, I first looked over some of the things left over from the craft fair. I then finished up my articl and emailed it to Ashly so as to put in the news letter. At 11:00 during Bullet Journel Group I had written two poems in my Journal. At 12:00 I then went into the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair Driver who would be transporting me home. I had arrived. Home at 1:00. Once I was comfortable, I had a bowl of soup for lunch. I then retunred to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:00. Once I had taken a shower, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. I then retunred to my bedroom so as to type in todays blog entry.
