Drawing a snowflake during bullet journal group
My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then preceded to do my stretching that has helped me during my stroke recovery. At 5:30 I then worked my upper body my doing my weight exercises before doing my back stretches, which also include leg exercises wight ankle weights. At 5:48 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a banana sandwich with peanutbutter before returning to my bedroom at 6:40. Once I had my teeth brushed, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:00 I had to take two tylonol so as to help a headache that I was experiencing. At 7:30 I then grabbed my knapsack and met the United Wheelchair Driver in my driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had gone strait to the conference room. The computers were down today at WestSide Neuro rehab so we could not work on the news letter. Ashly had helped another client relearn the game cribbage while playing against me. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Ashly, I had first printed off a Christmas letter that I send out during the Christmas season. Ashly and I then played three games of cribbage. At 11:00 during bullet Journel group, I had drawn a snowflake on a page and a candy cane on another. At 11:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be bringing me home. At 1:10 I had arrived home. Upon doing so I had gone to my bedroom so as to put on something more comfortable before eating lunch. Once I had finished eating, I then retunred to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:47. Before getting up to take a shower. Ithen pulled up my blog and began to type of my day before eating dinner.
