Shopping at WestSides Annual Craft Fair
My Thursday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do the stretches that have helped during my stroke recovery. At 5:23 then worked my upper body with my weight exercises before ending my workout with my back stretches and leg exercises. Once I had complet my morning routine, I then shaved and took my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. Once. Had eaten my breakfast, I then retunred to my bedroom at 6:30 so as to brush my teeth. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then took in some air with my inhaler. I then grabbed my knapsack and met the United Wheelchair driver in my driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had gone to Johns office for cognitive skills group. Today John first went over all the cognitive skills we use in the course of a day. He then had us answering questions from the game worse case scenario. At 10:00 During my rehab session with Kala, I had spent the time shopping at the annual craft fair, WestSide hold every year. The first hour is for clients to shop only, then it is open to the public from 11:00 on. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Jamie, we had painted pine cones, so as to decorate to hang on a Christmas tree as an ornament while listening to Christmas music. At 11:00 I then meet my United Wheelchair driver in the lobby. Upon my arrival home at 1:15, I put on something comfortable before eating lunch. At 1:37 I then brushed my teeth before unpacking my things I had purchased at the craft fair. At 2:00 I then layed down to rest and slep until 4:30 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I had eaten dinner. At 6:20 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
