Don't count the days, make the days count.

My Thursday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do the stretching exercises that have helped me during my stroke recovery. Once I was loosened up I then grabbed my weights and began to do my weight workout. To wrap things up, I then focused on my back stretches. At 5:40 I had shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. At 6:15 I then fixed myself a bowl of granola with a toasted piece of banana bread. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops so that I could see and to keep the airway from my nose to my left ear unplugged so I can hear. At 7:20 I then took two tylonol so as to get ride of the headache that I was experiencing. At 7:30 I then grabbed my things and met the United Wheelchair driver in my driveway. Upon my arrival, I had had gone to the client lounge to play three games cribbage with Ashly during cognitive brain game group. I was the only client to arrive, so that is what we did for the hour. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Marie, I had gone on Utube to look up ways on how to publish a book of poems. At 11:00 I then had my rehab session with Jamie. Today I sanded and painted pieces of wood so as to make a project with next week. We then played two games of mancola to end the session. At 12:00 I then went into the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be transporting me home. I had arrived home at 1:00. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then retunred to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:20-2:00. I then brushed my teeth before leaving the house with my mother. We first stopped at Mt. Blue Drug to pick up some things, before going to Wal-Mart so that I could pick up a gift I giving for Christmas. At 2:50 we left Wal-Mart and arrived at Dr. Seally’s for my three month asthma checkup. Once the nurse had my weight and blood pressure, I then saw Dr. Seally. She said she would like to go up on my inhaler intake from two puff to three puffs twice daily, but will leave it where it is for now. We had arrived home at 3:45. Once I had taken my shower and was comfortable, I had pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
