Talking about our strengths and weeknessness during visually impaired group

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then loosened up my body by doing my stretches that have helped me during my streaked recovery. At 5:22 I then worked my upper body by doing my weight exercises. At 5:30. I had ended my morning routine with my back stretches which also include a little leg work. At 5:40 I had shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:15 Ithen made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a toasted English muffin. At 6:45 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had put in my eye an nose drops, I then took in some air. At 7:15 I grabbed my knapsack and my United Wheelchair in my driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide,  I had gone to Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. We spoke about online money management. We then spoke about strengths and weaknesses with home management, Money Management, Healthcare management, Use of Free Time, Trnsportation, and community intergration. At 10:00 During my rehab session with Michelle we worked on budgeting skills and looked at different methods of budgeting. She then gave me a print out of them. At 11:00  then went to mindfulness and meditation group. After talking with Priyadarshi about our experiences during the week, We then did a practice. At 12:00 I then met My United Wheelchair driver in the lobby. Upon my arrival home at 1:00 I had eaten my lunch before taking in some groceries. Ithen Went to my bedroom at 1:40 so as to brush my teeth and lay down to ret. I had slept until 2:38. My father then took me the chiropractors. We had arrived at 3:40. The back stretches are really helping out. I was given a great report. At 3:33 I then left for home. We had arrived home at 3:50. After taking a shower, I then pulled up my blog, and typed of my day before eating dinner.
