Sending Tim an email

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by Making my bed. After doing so, I had began to do my stretches that have helped during my stroke recovery. At 5:18 I then grabbed my weight to do my weight exercises. I then wrapped up my morning routine by doing my back stretches. At 5:35 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with my piece of toast. I then returned to my bedroom at 6:15 so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. At 6:30 I then put some clean laundry away before taking two tylonol for yet another headache that I was experiencing. I then grabbed my knapsack and Buzz the United Wheelchair Driver that had brought me into WestSide. Upon my arrival to Westside, I had sat in the lobby for Nancy to come get us for visually impaired group. Today we spoke about frustrations with the waiting time before receiving services with vocational rehabilitation. At 10:00 During my rehab session with Michelle we had downloaded an app that shows some exercises to do. We then searched for Christmas movies. At 11:00 I then went to Priyadarshi office for Mindfullness Meditaion. Once we had done a practice, I then made my way back into the lobby so as to meet my ride home. I had arrived home at 1:00. Once I was inside, I put on something comfortable before eating lunch. At 1:30 I had then retunred to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down. I had slept from 1:30-4:40 before waking. Ithen spoke to my mother about my day before taking a shower at 5:00. I then ate dinner before pulling up my blog.
