Doctors appointments
My Friday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by taking the sheets off of my bed. I then took them and the rest of my laundry to the laundry room. Once I had a wash started, I then went to the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with yogurt while drinking my hot cocoa. Once I had finished my bowl of cereal and toasted english muffin I had returned to the laundry room so as to put the wash in the dryer before washing my sheets. At 8:45 I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had shaved, I then made my bed with clean sheets. At 9:07 I then took the first puff of my inhaler. I then vacuumed the rug in my bedroom. At 9:30 I then put some laundry away before taking a shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 9:50 I then took my second puff. At 9:53 I then returned to the laundry room to fold in the dryer. After taking a shower, I then put the laundry away. I then continued to get ready for my day. I had left the house with my mother at 11:30. Our first stop was Dr. Roberts for a noon appointment. After five adjustments on the tool the chiropractors use my back started to feel better. At 12:10 I had left the chiropractor and stopped to pick some medication up at the pharmacy. At 12:46 I was at Farmington Family Practice to visit with my pcp. After talking to my doctor about my asthma and how The symbicort medication is working. I said it was working very well. We had left my pcp’s office at 1:55. We had arrived home at 2:15. Once I had eating a small lunch, I then brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:35-5:00 before waking. I then ate dinner before taking a shower. At 5:44 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
