Learning about new apps

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then preceded to do my back and stroke recovery stretches. At 5:30 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:10 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit dipped into yogurt while drinking my hot cocoa. At 6:15 I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a toasted half english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 6:30 I then took the first puff of my inhaler. I then wiped down my cleaned my tub and put in some eye and nose drops before taking the second puff. At 7:20 United Wheelchair had arrived. I had arrived to WestSide Neurorehabilitation at 9:00 a.m. Upon my arrival I had gone to the conference room for newsletter group. Today I was given the assignment to research and to write articles on Thomas Jefferson Birthday and April Fools Day. At 10:00 during a rehab session with Brenda, today we worked with the appts on my phone and tablet. At 11:00 during genealogy group we continued looking our ancestors on my fathers side. At 12:00 I then venters to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. I had arrive home at 1:10. Once inside I had put on something comfortable before eating lunch. I then brush my teeth before emailing Tim to let him know to go ahead to st up an appointment for Wednesday at 1:00. I lied. Then lied down  to rest. I had slept from 1:45-4:18 before waking. Once I had taken a shower I had eaten a bowl of soup. I then went to my tablet to type of my day.
