doing hands on tasks during a rehab session. With Kathleen

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. Once I had made my bed, I then began to stretch. Once I had finished with my stroke recovery stretches, I then continued with my back stretches. At 5:40 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with yogurt. I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted pancake. Once I had finished eating I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before sitting down to listen to my audio book while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. They had arrived at 7:30 thus getting me to WestSide at 9:20 after making another pick up. On the way to WestSide the dispatcher had notified my driver that one of his return clients had cancelled. Good news for me. Because she would be riding home with me at noon and I usually have to go out of my way thirty minutes. I had gone to the conference room for newspaper group upon my arrival. I had sent an article to Jessica that was finished, I then began to research and write about April fools day. At 10:00 During my rehab session with Kathleen We had first gone downstairs in the kitchen so as to unload the dishwasher and put dish’s away. We then watered some plants that needed watering. We then went online to look up sandy river and the Androscoggin River. At 11:00 during Genealogy Group we continued to look information about out our relatives. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet my driver from United Wheelchair. I had arrived home at Once I had eaten my lunch, I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:00 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then had eaten dinner. At 4:50 I then returned to my bedroom so as to put some clean laundry away before pulling up my blog.
