Making it through the day
My Friday morning began at 7:30 a.m. by taking the sheets off of my bed. I then brought them and the rest of my dirty laundry to the laundry room so as to start a wash. After doing so, I had gone to the kitchen so as to eat some fruit dipped into yogurt while drinking my hot cocoa. I then make myself two eggs with a toasted english muffin. I had finished eating at 8:15. I then picked up the kitchen before starting the dishwasher. At 8:17 I had put the first load of laundry into the dryer before starting another. At 8:20 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. At 8:30 I had taken my first puff of my inhaler. I then make my bed, thus putting on clean sheets before taking my second puff. At 8:48 I had vacuumed my bedroom before doing the stretches that I had learned how to do for my stroke recovery. At 9:09 I then had returned to the laundry room so as to fold the laundry in the dryer before putting another load in the dryer. Once I had another wash started, I then brought laundry to my bedroom to put away. At 9:18 I then continued to do my stretches before cycling for twenty minutes. At 9:50 I had finished cycling. I then retuned to the laundry room to fold some more laundry. I then brought it to my bedroom and put it away. I then unloaded the dishwasher thus putting all the dishes away. At 10:50 I then did my back stretches’ before filling my empty pill containers. At 11:30 I then made my move in words with friends before sitting down at 11:40 so as to eat lunch. Once I had finished eating, I had taken a shower before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:00-3:14. I then got up and had a cup of tea, feeling a cold coming on. I then spoke to my grandmother before eating dinner at 4:15. Once I had finished eating, I then went to my bedroom so as to blog of my day.
